The Warriors scored twice in the top of the fifth, but the Eagles added another run in the bottom of the inning when Kulina scored on a fielder's choice by Andrew Stroud.
Polk State then broke the game open, scoring eight runs in the sixth. Jackson had the big blow of the inning, a three-run shot over the left field fence.
Starting pitcher Jordan Barrett worked two innings and got the win, improving to 4-0.
