WINTER HAVEN — On Tuesday, the National Junior College Athletic Association named Polk State right-handed pitcher Alec Asher a Division I First Team All-American.

Asher, a product of Lakeland High School, went 13-1 this season for the Eagles with a 2.08 ERA in 14 appearances.
