Known as the “Chain of Lakes City,” Winter Haven boasts 16 lakes connected by navigable canals.

Located in the heart of the state, Winter Haven is less than a one-hour drive away from Orlando and Tampa, offering an ideal location for visitors and permanent residents.

Within the city limits, you will find trendy boutiques, beaches, restaurants, numerous sports and entertainment attractions. An economically progressive city, Winter Haven offers a wealth of amenities for people to explore.

Winter Haven is best known as the home of Legoland, a 150-acre interactive theme park dedicated to children and families. Legoland Florida is the largest in the world, and attracts millions of visitors around the world.

A community of more than 38,000 residents, Winter Haven is an excellent place to attend school, raise a family or retire. With Disney World, Busch Gardens, SeaWorld and Universal Studios all within an hour's drive, it's also a perfect "home base" for vacations.
